Grassroots Harmony is an activist community chorus based in New York City. We bring powerful, spirited singing to progressive gatherings. As a bottom-up organization, we empower our singers to contribute their voices to the struggles that inspire them.

Led by director Josh Feintuch, Grassroots Harmony has performed at the People's Climate March, New York City Climate Convergence, Judson Memorial Church's Bailout Theater, and more.

Sing with us!

If you have any choral singing experience and care about social justice, we would be happy to welcome you! Currently we are most in need of tenors and basses. Our ensemble is low commitment – we rehearse every other Sunday evening in Brooklyn, and we make practice materials available in case you miss a rehearsal or two or just need extra help. In spite of the small commitment and our open, no audition policy, we are able to pull off great performances of somewhat challenging music by keeping our repertoire lean. Drop Josh a line today!
